So many are hungry to experience God in deeper ways, within authentic community. What if church felt more like family and started right where you are — at your kitchen table, in your dorm room, at the edge of your ordinary day? The Dwellings Training Circle is a self-paced online course designed to help you step into something new: a simpler, Spirit-led way of doing life and faith in community for everyday believers who are hungry for more. Whether you feel a nudge to start something new or simply long to experience Jesus more fully in community, this four-week experience gives you the vision, tools, and courage to take the next faithful step. This course is for everyday believers wanting to lead organic community, whether they are part of a traditional church or are pursuing house church.

What You’ll Experience

Over four weeks, you’ll move through a series of short, practical lessons from our Dwellings team members and other contributors including: Alan Hirsch, Darren Rouanzoin, Jennie Allen, Jonny Hughes, Katia Adams, Francis Chan, Tom Doyle, Ryan Skoog, Zach Meerkreebs, Christy Nockels, and more. These lessons are designed to inspire and activate.

Each week includes:

  • Videos, articles, podcasts, and spiritual practices

  • 15–50 minutes a day, 5 days a week

  • Bonus material for those who want to go deeper

  • Reflection questions to guide transformation, not just information

Week 1: The Vision

Catch a glimpse of what’s possible when church becomes relational, simple, and Spirit-led. Discover your own unique role in this unfolding story.

Week 2: The Center

Learn to build your life, community, and your gatherings around the presence of Jesus. Strip away the clutter. Make space for what really matters.

Week 3: The Way

Explore three paradigm shifts that change everything:

  • From isolation → to spiritual family

  • From consuming information → to real transformation

  • From passive spectatorship → to active participation

Week 4: The Goal

Learn simple, practical frameworks to start and grow a Spirit-led community where you are. Learn how to create rhythms, engage Scripture, and invite others—whether it’s a house church, a college gathering, or a kitchen-table movement.

  • Pace Yourself: Start anytime and move at your own rhythm. Most participants complete one lesson a day, five days a week to complete the course in four weeks.

  • Join the Facebook Community: You’ll be invited into a private group filled with others around the world who are walking the same path. Expect interaction, reflection prompts, and a shared journey.

  • Quarterly Live Calls: While this course is self-paced, we host optional quarterly Zoom gatherings for all Facebook group members offering a chance to connect face-to-face, ask questions, and share stories.

  • Go Solo or Bring a Group: Go through the course on your own, or invite friends, your spouse, or your small group. The content is designed to be flexible, conversational, and catalytic.

The complete 4-week course has everything you need to cultivate a community - the first step in the Dwellings Pathway.

Training Circle Premium — $99

Everything in Core, plus the additional steps in Dwellings Pathway + Resource Library. This is the best choice if you’re ready to learn the full Dwellings Pathway—from cultivating a community to becoming a house church to multiplying, with discussions on hybrid church for traditional church leaders.

Group Access

Want to send all of the leaders of communities in your ministry or church through the Training Circle? This course has everything your leaders need to begin spiritual communities - no need for buying or writing curriculum or content. Choose a package that fits your group and you’ll receive a group code to share with participants so each person can create their own login. You. might consider groups of leaders going through the course on their own time, but then getting together in person to discuss.

  • Small Group (up to 5 people) — $249
