We believe that empowering the next generation of Christ followers to create close-knit, authentic communities around the presence of Jesus will change the world. 

Are you part of Generation Z and desiring to impact the world with Jesus’s life changing model of discipleship?  We’re inviting four members of Generation Z to be a part of the Dwellings team and community. If accepted, you will join our team in Little Rock from September 2025 to May 2026, be immersed in our house church community on the ground, and get first hand glimpses of God’s work in small multiplying communities around the world. After learning more about your unique gifting and learning to practice the presence of Jesus, we will will train you to cultivate communities around the presence of Jesus in your own sphere of influence. 

Residents will participate in the Dwellings in-person cohort, traveling to Ireland and England. This is a support-raised role, and our team will set you on the path to success in raising support and joining our God-given mission to see renewal in the western church.
