You might want to introduce this one-week guide before you think it’s time. Having multiplication as a value takes time, especially if your community is tight-knit. Many, however, will be excited by the idea of forming a hub of smaller communities that can gather periodically. In fact, house churches that are a part of hubs are proven to last longer and be more resilient.
It’s exhilarating to raise up leaders, bless them publicly, and release them in freedom as the Spirit guides. As you form a hub, you can share values, resources, gifting, and leadership. The early church seemed to have some city-wide elders and leadership that were over multiple house churches.
